L'hôtel est magnifique (emplacement, service, décor & propreté impeccables). Nous souhaitons surtout remercier Fadi et Elias qui furent d'une grande gentillesse. Grâce à leur accueil chaleureux, notre séjour fut superbe et inoubliable.

I was advised by a friend who lives in Dubai to stay at Al Pasha hotel. I had first made a booking in a big hotel chain outside the old city and cancelled it. Al Pasha staff was always really helpful and kind and professional. The hotel has the sense of details, has a lot of cachet which really makes a difference, it is a hidden gem. The location is perfect, from there you can walk to all the major sightseeing points of Damascus. The area is really safe, you can walk around at night without any problem, find restaurants...

A Syrian friend of mine booked Al Pasha hotel for our recent visit to Damascus. I am so very glad that she did, otherwise I surely would never have had such a pleasurable experience.

The location of the hotel within the Old City is perfect and the decor is beautifully authentic but what really sets Al Pasha apart from other hotels is the warmth & friendliness of the staff.  Elias is a most charming general manager.  He is not only very knowledgeable (and talented - speaking English, French & Italian as well as Arabic) but genuinely cares that everything possible is done to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay (even for the very youngest of guests).  That personal touch is very special.  Throughout our stay we felt that we were amongst friends.  We will see you again one day, inshallah...
